Our team handles the setup and takedown of all rented equipment to ensure everything is safe and ready for use. We’ll coordinate with you to schedule a convenient time for delivery and setup before your event begins.
What is your rental policy?
Rentals are typically for a 24-hour period, but we offer flexible options depending on your event's schedule. All equipment is cleaned and inspected before each rental to ensure the highest quality and safety.
What are your cancellation terms?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours of the event, a partial refund may be issued. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your booking.
Do I need to provide power for the equipment?
Yes, most equipment requires access to a standard power outlet. If this isn’t possible at your venue, we can provide generator rentals for an additional fee.
