Terms and Conditions

By placing an order or renting from Backyard Carnivals LLC, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Agreement

When you rent equipment from Backyard Carnivals LLC, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose during the

rental period stated in your contract or invoice.

Rental Includes (but is not limited to):

Bounce houses

Tables and chairs

Tents and canopies

Carnival games

Concession machines

Party accessories

2. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rental.

Full payment is due at least 7 days before the scheduled event.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a partial refund excluding the deposit.

No refunds for cancellations made within the same day of the event date.

Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled or partially refunded at our discretion.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup times will be scheduled in advance.

The customer must ensure the setup area is clear, level, and accessible.

A responsible adult must be present at the time of delivery and pickup.

5. Use and Responsibility

By renting from Backyard Carnivals LLC, you agree that:

You will supervise all equipment at all times.

You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items.

You will not move, alter, or misuse equipment.

You will ensure that no food, drink, shoes, or sharp objects are allowed inside inflatable units.

6. Safety and Liability

Backyard Carnivals LLC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting

from misuse or unsupervised use of rented items.

All equipment is inspected before delivery.

Any defects or concerns must be reported immediately upon delivery.

7. Weather Policy

Equipment may not be used during rain, lightning, or high winds.

In the case of inclement weather, we may delay or cancel setup for safety reasons.

You may reschedule without penalty based on availability.

8. Equipment Condition and Return

All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Cleaning fees may apply if items are returned dirty or damaged.

Missing or broken items will be charged at replacement cost.

9. Ownership and Rights

All rented equipment remains the sole property of Backyard Carnivals LLC

. Customers acquire no ownership or property rights by renting.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas specifically applicable

to Bell County and surrounding jurisdictions.
